Morgan Lifts Millers to 6-5 Triumph
The Minneapolis Millers topped the Erie Seawolves by a score of 6-5. Leading the way was third baseman Dexter Morgan. Morgan went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for the Millers. Dave Dolgin picked up the win, improving his season record to 3-0. He struck out 3 in 7 innings. Eddie Coste locked down his 1st save.

With Minneapolis trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Morgan hit a fastball from Jonathan Reese for a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Millers ahead, 3-1.

"We're on a roll," said Millers manager Kurt Olsen.

Minneapolis, now 25-4, is playing great baseball to start the year.
