| Milkmen Hand Dreamers 3-2 Loss | The Milwaukee Milkmen faced a tough opponent in California pitcher Dave Tigert, but did just enough to pull out the victory at M&P Park by a final score of 3-2. Tigert went 5.1 innings and allowed 3 runs. Steve Beacon, who went 5 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 5 hits, while walking 4 and striking out 1. His record now stands at 1-1. Álex Alvarado recorded the save, his 1st.
Josh Milinovich had a productive trip to the plate with two out in the top of the fifth inning. With runners on 1st and 3rd, he hit a run-scoring single, helping Milwaukee to the win.
"We won," Milinovich told assembled media after the game. "I guess that's all that really matters."
The Dreamers, 6-6, continue their so-so start to the 2051 season.
