Hayes hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Bats. The winning pitcher was David García. He's now 6-11. He went 7.1 innings, allowing 4 runs on 2 hits for the Bats. The triumph puts Austin at 54-48 for the season.
Austin took a 8-4 lead on Hayes's 2nd home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off António Mora in the top of the seventh, propelled Austin to the win.
