Liberty Fall Short, 3-2, at Austin | In a low-scoring affair between the Austin Bats and the Philadelphia Liberty, pitcher David García was the difference between victory and defeat. The Austin right-hander earned accolades in the 3-2 Bats win. The winning pitcher was García, now 7-5. He tossed 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 5.
